Refund Policy

Pickopme does not accept refunds IF your order has already been made or fulfilled. Which means if we have already began to make your order, then your order can no longer be refunded.  If you would like a refund IMMEDIATELY after you have ordered, please contact us at the email provided below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to COVID-19, as a small business were are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We hope you can understand the risks that are involved with the return and exchange process during COVID-19 pandemic. 

-We understand that packages can be messed up in transit once shipped from our facility. If your order INSIDE the package arrives damaged, please contact us by using the chat bubble at the bottom of the screen! 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Once the item has been purchased, we start production right away. If your item is already in the process of being made we can't cancel the order.

Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the terms and conditions . Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes or discounts and correct card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promo codes and discount codes cannot be added after an order has been processed.
